Purpose of the Department of State:

The Department of State keeps track of donations, funds, all Sponsorships, Alliances, Foreign Affairs and are Directives of President and Vice President in the public.

Responsibilities of the Department of State:

The Deparment of State is charged with ensuring that all donations and server funding goals are met each month. In addition, the Deparment of State will handle all associations with other clans.

Crush joined the Are 51 clan at March 12, 2009. Four day after he joined the clan he succsesfully passed the Rule Enforcement Officer test and was then an Rule Enforcement Officer. He was serving not even a month as an Rule Enforcement Officer and Senior Rule Enforcement Officer was given to him. Due to the Vacancy of the Chief Rule Enforcement Officer, Crush was appointed to hold this position. This was the First time that he has a Big job in the clan. After a while and some changes in the clan we Established the Department of State, Crush was appointed to hold this position at Jun 06, 2009 where he is serving since.
